InnoHealth Systems was born from a simple observation: the gap between cadaver lab and live patient is where surgeons struggle most.

After training over 1,500 surgeons in minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery, Dr. TJ Ahn saw the same pattern again and again—doctors would leave cadaver labs inspired but unable to replicate the experience. Lab time is limited. Cadavers are expensive. And the muscle memory required for MIS doesn't build itself in a single weekend.

That's when Dr. Ahn partnered with Dr. CJ Au—an MIT and Harvard-trained engineer with 12 U.S. patents and a Red Dot Award for design excellence. Together, they set out to solve one problem: how do you give surgeons unlimited reps without the limitations of traditional training?

The answer became Cadara Foot™—the first radiopaque, skin-wrapped MIS training model built for single-use surgical simulation. Every cut feels real. Every X-ray looks real. And surgeons can train anytime, anywhere.
